iVaquero Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iVaquero platform, mobile apps, websites, printed QR cards, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Looping Media LLC.

By creating an account, scanning an iVaquero QR card, selecting a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

iVaquero is a digital lifetime record platform for horses. We provide tools to capture health, lineage, ownership, performance, media, and related horse data. Looping Media LLC is the operator of the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Plans, Trials, and Billing

3.1 Plans and limits

The Service is offered in four tiers. Each tier has a fixed monthly price, horse limit, and seat (team-member) limit:

  • iVaquero Lite — $49 / month — 1 horse, 1 seat.
  • iVaquero Pro — $149 / month — up to 10 horses, 4 seats (typically owner

+ 1 vet + 1 farrier + 1 trainer).

  • iVaquero Business — $399 / month — up to 50 horses, 6 seats.
  • iVaquero Horse Empire — starts at $999 / month — unlimited horses and

seats; custom-quoted.

Limits are enforced inside the Service. The app blocks adding a horse or seat past your tier's limit and surfaces an in-app upgrade prompt. We will not silently charge you for overages.

3.2 Trial

A 90-day free trial of iVaquero Lite begins on signup when you do not purchase a paid plan up front. Paid plans purchased directly from the homepage start billing immediately and do not include the trial.

3.3 Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • You authorize Looping Media (through our payment processor, Stripe) to

charge your payment method for the onboarding package immediately (when applicable) and for recurring monthly subscription fees on each renewal date.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes

effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Upgrades and downgrades (self-serve)

You can upgrade or downgrade between Lite / Pro / Business at any time from Settings → Plan, subject to:

  • Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the remainder of

the current billing cycle.

  • Downgrades apply immediately and are prorated, but only if your

current horse count and seat count fit within the target tier's limits. Otherwise you must first archive horses or remove seats, then retry.

  • Empire changes are handled by sales: <sales@ivaquero.com>.

3.5 Refunds

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • The onboarding QR-card package is non-refundable after 7 days.

3.6 Plan-specific acceptance

Selecting a plan at checkout — including the confirmation screen that shows the plan name, price, horse limit, and seat limit — constitutes your acceptance of that plan's published price and limits as listed in Section 3.1, in addition to the rest of these Terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the horse, ranch, and personal data you submit. You grant Looping Media a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service and as instructed by you (including public horse profiles you choose to publish).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide; (b) upload content you do not have rights to; (c) use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the Service; (e) resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, designs, marks, and content (other than your data), is owned by Looping Media LLC and protected by U.S. and international IP law. The "iVaquero" name and logo are trademarks of Looping Media LLC.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google for calendar and authentication). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. iVAQUERO IS A RECORD-KEEPING TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOPING MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections 4–11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
