iVaquero Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Looping Media LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use iVaquero.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, language preference.
Ranch data: ranch name, logo, address, team members you invite.
Horse records: identity, lineage, health events, performance, media,

ownership history, and any other data you submit.

Payment data: handled by Stripe — we receive a customer ID and billing

status, never full card numbers.

Calendar data: if you connect Google Calendar, we receive an OAuth

token to create the events you book through the Service.

Usage data: device, browser, IP address, log events, error reports.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the Service and your account.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, security alerts).
To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with:

Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., Stripe, Google,

cloud hosting, email delivery), under contracts that restrict their use.

Other ranch members you explicitly invite to your ranch.
The public, only for horse profiles you explicitly choose to publish.
Authorities, when required by law.

4. Public Horse Profiles

If you enable a public horse profile, the information you mark as public (name, photos, pedigree summary, achievements) becomes accessible via the public URL and printed QR card. You can disable a public profile at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and ranch data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain limited records to comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations. You may request deletion as described in Section 6.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@ivaquero.com to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure.

8. International Transfers

Looping Media is based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
